Marking & Coating
CAE has developed many part marking and coating systems. These systems are designed for each individual application. CAE has experience with all types of marking, including pin stamp engraving, laser marking, bar code labeling, and paint dot or stamping.
Marking
Marking systems that CAE has integrated into our machinery include color dot marking, painting the entire end of a bushing, and several types of dot matrix marking, including metal stamping and ink jet printing.
Coating (Oil Dip)
A complete coating is employed as a lubricant or an erosion-resistant film. CAE has designed and integrated stations that apply both types of coating.
