Vision Systems
Vision systems are now available in many types and are ideal for many applications. From simple inspections to complex measurements, vision may be the solution. Vision also has the advantage of being re-deployable in some cases. Send us your part samples and we’ll test them with vision to determine a reliable solution.
Laser Gauge
Measuring with lasers is an effective and accurate way to inspect parts without contacting the part. CAE has extensive experience measuring parts with lasers. Some of our standard machines use laser gauging.
LVDT
Linear velocity displacement transducers offer a cost-effective and robust method to contact and measure or sense the presence of a part. LVDT’s can be integrated into assembly processes so part handing can be reduced.
